Event

Description:

On 2/22/82, it was discovered some primary containment is'olation valve flanges hav'e provision for type "B" LLR Testing. These flanges have previ-ously been type "A" tested as part of the PCILRT Testing, and had been considered not capable of "B" LLR Testing.

Cause and Corrective Action: These flanges had not been identified as being type "B" testable in the initial PCILRT Report as a basis, therefore have not been included in the LLR Test program and procedures. These flanges were immediately added to the LLRT program and procedure. Flanges determined to require type "B" testing will be done prior to the scheduled PCILRT.
