The attached Update Licensee Event Report 82-003/99X-2, " Nuclear Organization",

is hereby submitted in accordance with the requirements of Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station Technical Specification 6.9.B.2.e.

This Update Report is being submitted to clarify the fire protection organi-zation referenced on page 1 of the Attachments to this LER. This clarification is contained on page 3 of the attachments.

Further, a typographical error has been corrected which inadvertently implied a Senior Reactor Operator License requirement for the Operating Supervisor; (Ref. page 2 of the attachmants.)
