I. In accordance with 10CFR 50.54(a)(3), GPU Nuclear is submitting the PDMS QA Plan to which changes were made during 1998. GPU Nuclear conducted a formal review of the changes reflected in the plan. That l review concluded that the changes do not constitute a reduction in commitment.
