The following summariene fire protection Limiting conditions for Operation (LCO) A2-92-F0737, A2-92-F0750, and A2-92-F0751 that were initiated to suppoet a major outage project being por ' irmod in the Emergency Diesel conorator Duilding:

, Ud2L32-92-P0732 At 114v on October 7,1992, an Emergency Diosol Gonorator Building SU' clovation fire barrior soal (DO-3-437), for the Aqueous Film Forming Foam ( AFFF) room, was declared inoperable. This was required to support the addition e f a firo/ tornado dampor by Plant Hodification 92-069. A fire watch was stationed prior to the barrior being made inoperable and will remain in place until the barrior is restored. The fire neal has remained inoperable longer than the suvon days epocitied by the Technical Spocification LCO requiring this Special Report. The barrior will be restored p" lor to the Startup of either Unit.

_At 1500 on October 9, 1992, Emergency Diesel Cenerator Building 50' elevation fire barrier seals (00-3-472 and D0-3-473) for the North and South stairwells were declared inoperable. This was ' required to support the addition of a  ;

fire / tornado damper by Plant Modification 92-069. . Prior to the fire barriers i being made inoperable a fire watch was stationed and will remain in place until  !
