During Unit 1 power operation concurrent with the Unit 2 1988 refueling /
maintenance outage, a limiting condition for operation (LCO) was sstablished, at 0005 hours5.787037e-5 days <br />0.00139 hours <br />8.267196e-6 weeks <br />1.9025e-6 months <br /> on March 31, 1988, in order to permit removal from service of the fire suppression sprinkler header in the units' common Radiologicai Waste Control System waste drumming room. This was done to allow replacement of a leaking sprinkler head. Due to problems in the acquisition of required replacement parts, the 14-day time frame of the subject LCO was exceeded on April 14, 1988. The r.equired repairs were subsequently completed and, at 0435 hours0.00503 days <br />0.121 hours <br />7.19246e-4 weeks <br />1.655175e-4 months <br /> on April 16, 1988, the involved sprinkler header was returned to service.
