During 100% power operation, a Un't 1 fire barrier Limiting Condition For Operation (LCO) was initiated, at 213u hours (EST) on May 20, 1991, for fire door no, 303. Fire door 303, located at penetration seal no. R1-3-009, is the inner door of the Reactor Building 50 foot elevation northeast personnel airlock. The LCO was initiated to facilitate repair of the doors latching mechanism.
Appropriately stationed fire watches were established at this ties.
Dae to the scope of the work, the seven 1ay time frame of the LCO was exceeded on May 27, 1991. Repair of fire door no. 303 was subsequently completed and the LCO was canceled on May 29,1991, at 1830 hours0.0212 days <br />0.508 hours <br />0.00303 weeks <br />6.96315e-4 months <br /> (EST). During the tirne frame the LCO was in effect, fire watches were maintained.
