On April 21, 1992, at 0050 hours5.787037e-4 days <br />0.0139 hours <br />8.267196e-5 weeks <br />1.9025e-5 months <br />, a seven day limiting condition for operation (LCO) was initiated due to fire door 115 being opened to accommodate outage work.

Appropriately stationed fire watches werc established at that time. On April 28.-

1992 at 0050 hours5.787037e-4 days <br />0.0139 hours <br />8.267196e-5 weeks <br />1.9025e-5 months <br /> the LCO exceeded seven days. Af ter completion cf. the work order, this LCO was cancelled on April 28,1992, at 0830. batil cancellation of the LCO, appropriately stationed fire watches remained in effect.

l On April- 30, 1992, at 1230, a seven day LCO was initiated due to the interlock on fire door 203 being placed under clearance to s.upoort outage work. This door is-located on the 20' elevation of the Unit 2 Reector building. Appropriately stationed fire watches were established at tha_t time. At 1230 on May 7,1992,- the LCO exceeded seven days. On May 11, 1992, at 1730, the door - was restored to operable ' status and the LCO was cancelled. Fire watches remained in effect until the cancellation of the LCO.

On April 21, 1992, at 1311, a fourteen day LCO was initiated due to scaffolding +

blocking sprinkler heads ;in diesel -generator cell #1, located in the Diesel Generator building, 23' elevation. Appropriately ' stationed fire watches- were established at that time. The scaffolding was erected to support outage work on the Diesel Cenarator building walls. On May.5, 1992, at_1311, the LCO exceeded fourteen days. This work is sched'iled to be completed by May 22, 1992._ ' Fire wetches will remain in effect until completion of the work and cancellation of the LCO.
