Fitness for Duty Program Data for the Period 1/03/90 - 6/30/90 Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 26.*II, enclosed is the data for testing and results associated with the Fitness for Duty Program at Vermont Yankee. The attached data includes both our corporate and plant sites as our Program does not distinguish between the two sites but treats them as.a single entity.

Your review of the enclosed data will provide the realization that-the posi-tive testing rate is extremely low and limited to the pre-access testing population. In addition to analyzing the enclosed data we have performed program assessments. These assessments, utilizing in-house personnel and quality assurance auditors, included a post-implementation review of our policy and procedures with incorporation of necessary changes. This review has-also resulted in the implementation of measures to-increase the effectiveness of our program.
