One (1) individual remains in the Vermont Yankee Follow-Up Testing Program as a result of management referral, based on behavior observation. His progress appears to be satisfactory.

Test Results Assessment The test results for this period compared to previous periods indicate that Vermont Yankee continues to maintain an effective FFD program which ensures that the plant site remains a work environment free from the effects of drugs and alcohol. The number of positive test results experienced during this period are as expected during a period that does not include a refueling outage.
