Enclosed is a copy of the July 28,1999, transmittal letter from M,. Jeff Bean, Director, FEMA Region I, to Mr. Hubert Miller, Regional Administrator, NRC Region I, and the subject final exercise report for the April 27 - 29,1999, plume exposure and ingestion pathway exercise for the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Station.

action were identified. Please provide assistance to the effected agencies and offsite officials to address and resolve the identified items, as appropriate, if this has not already been done.
