Mark, I got a call from NRR on the dirt spreading 1etter and they are questioning the cover letter statement where we ask to be allowed to dispose of future soil in the same manner provided the same accrotsnce criteria is met. Their concern is that the attached technical evaluatior. Only covers the 25.5 cubic meters and does not inclode an assessment of the future quantities.
i Can someone review the prior submittals and see if what we proposed is similar to how we dealt with Coling Tower sitt are septic waste ? In those cases did we include some projected volume and include a assessment of the impact in the technical evaluation.
