Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docket No. 50-440 Sealannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report Centlement Enclosed are correction pages for the Semiannual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the Perry Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1, which was submitted by letter dated March 2,1990 (PY-CE1/NRR-ll38L). This report covered the period from July 1 to December 31, 1989. The specific changes are indicated by a revision bar to the right of the change.

.The changes affect the liquid effluent data only. The need for these corrections resulted because the concentration of Strontium-89 in the liquid composite samples was reported by the vendor laboratory in microcuries per liter and on-site calculations did not convert the concentration to microcuries per milliliter for input into liquid dose calculations. As a result, the contribution of Strontium-89 to liquid effluent dose reported was incorrectly high. The change in overall liquid dose was minor and resulted in a lower dose for the period. These corrections also resulted in changes to the " applicable organ" and " age group" sections on the summary tables.
