On May 9,1983, William J. TOBIN, Physical Security Inspector, Region II, NRC, advised that he had received a telephone call from former Farley Nuclear Plant employee David GAMBLE.

He said af ter he came out of this area the second time, he began to sweat and his body began to sting. Source then stated that he had on a hard hat, goggles, face shield and said he was also wearing a respirator. He acknowledged that the temperature was hot in containment and that he took off his mask and respirator while he was painting. He said he was hospitalized in Mobile, Alabama aghort time after this incident and due to a P ,from Daniels in December 1980.
