Update of Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby submits a revision updating the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan for the Commercial Nuclear Fuel Division's ruel Manufacturing Plant located near Columbia, South Carolina.

This submittal of the Plan is being made in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR70.32 since it does not decrease the effectiveness of the currently approved program.

Westinghouse requests that the enclosures to this letter be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with the provirions of 10CFR2.79Cd).
