the Physical Security Plan for the Commercial Nuclear Fuel Division's Fuel Manufacturing Plant located near Columbia, South Carolina.
This submittal of the Plan is being made in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR70.32 since i t does not decrease the ef festiveness of the currently approved program.
