Dear Mr. Paperiello:
Reference is made to the letter from CBS Corporation ("CBS") dated September 28,1998 conceming application for transfer and amendment of NRC License No. SNM-1107.
Enclosed is additional material pertaining to that application, as follows:
Executed copy, dated November 11,1998, of the letter from the Transferee Company to the NRC in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit E to the A~pplication. The letter is signed by Mr. Ian B. Duncan, President of the Transferee Company. On the closing date the current President of the Energy Systems Business Unit of CBS will become President and CEO of the Transferee Company.
We are continuing to obtain additional material relating to the application and will provide such material as soon as it is available.
