Mr. Stello requested that Westinghouse examine various types of agreements, in order to ascertain whether any of taem contain clauses which restrict

employees from contacting'the NRC with concerns about potential l

safety hazards.

Westinghouse ha' conducted that review and has determined that no such restrictive clauses are present in any of our settlements, labor agreements or other agreements affecting j

compensation terms, conditions and privileges of employment.

1 Further, Westinghouse will continue its commitment to nuclear safety and its recognition of the'importance of potential nuclear safety concerns reported by employees.
