Criticality Safety Evaluation (CSE) summary and Fault Tree information is provided in this correspondence, as an attachment, covering the Cylinder Washing System. This is an upgrade to replace the Cylinder Washing Criticality Safety Evaluation (CSE) summary previously submitted on December 22,1995.
l This is the sixth such submittal presented in the format of our License Annex. When this Criticality Safety Evaluation is further upgraded and incorporated into an Integrated Safety /
Assessment (ISA) for the Cylinder Washing Systems, this License Annex will be similarly 7
upgraded (and re-submitted) as a summary of the ISA for these systems.
