l In the above referenced latter, Westinghouse documented revisions to the Radiological Contingency Plan which implemented recomendations from the January 1987 tRC Operational Safety Assessment.
Consequently, these revisions are designed to improve the plan and do not dilute or reduce the plan's effectiveness.
Enclosed is Page 2.5-1 of License StN-1107, updating Section 2.5, Emergency Plan.
Since this revision doee not dilute or reduce the effectiveness of the plan, no licensing fr.e is submitted.
