RE: IAEA/NRC Code Relationship Table - Facility Profile For YLM(UYLM) -
Revision #7 Enclosed you will find Revision 7 of the Facility Profile For YLM(UYLM) which is effective to August 12, 1988. Revision 6 was voided without issue.
This revision is required because Westinghouse is preparing to ship UO2 pellets in 1-liter plastic bottles to ASEA Brown Boveri Atom in Sweden.
ASEA will oxidize the pellets and return as U308 powder in the same containers. Previously, the YLM Facility Profile only described shipment of samples in 1-liter plastic bottles.
Also, where applicable on the Facility Profile, a note was added to distinguish the use of NRC code 455 and 032.
The changes which have been made are summarized on the " Change Records" page of the attachments.
Corresponding IAEA Design Information Questionnaire changes have been submitted to the IAEA by DOE /NRC Form 740M.
