Dear Mr. Collins:
The Final Report on Significant Construction Deficiency No. 42 was to be submitted on August 6, 1982. We are unable to meet this date. ,
The required insulating tubing for application on the HMA auxiliary relays was received on site without evidence of certification of compliance to specification. Upon receipt of the required documentation, expected by August 9, the corrective action will be accomplished in accordance with GE Service Advice 721-PSM-166.1. Completion of this corrective action will allow the Final Report on Significant Construction Deficiency No. 42 to be submitted by September 9, 1982.
