Scott SCHUM, President, Quality Technology Company, a contract firm conducting QC investigations (referred to as the Waterford 3 Quality Team), was interviewed by NRC Investigators Donald D. DRISKILL and Mark EMERSON. SCHUM stated he would be unable to provide reporting investigator a copy of the Quality Team's investigative report because LP&L company policy prohibits release of employee names who have provided information to the company. SCHUM said all reports containing names of allegers/ witnesses are treated confidential and are only released to LP&L management. SCHUM provided 01 with a copy of Quality Team Quality Concern Disposition Form Q1-84-057-1 (EXHIBIT 2). .
