During a Plan of the Day Meeting, a LP&L employee commented that Ebasco needed to transfer / fire QC inspector for writing CIWA's.
FINDINCS(S):
During jat a Plan of the Day Meeting between LP&L and Ebasco Quality and Construction Supervisors, a LP&L construction empl,oyee

hould be transferred to South Texas Project and then terminated. No other P&L supervisors or Ebasco personnel at this meeting expressed any

cariousness about this comment, C ~~~ ~, ~ ? ~ ~ 1 took up for the QC inspector and spoke out about the inappropriateness of the suggestion.
CORRECTIVE ACTION (S)
TAKEN:
NONE. No discrimination against the QC inspector occurred. LP&L project
. manager advised that he would call the LP&L construction employee into his office for counseling on the inappropriateness of the connent.
