DRISKILL ALLEGED IN"IMIDATION OF A LOUISIANA POWER & LluHT COMPANY (LP&L) EMPLOYEE ,u ry, GY THE LP&L On October 24, 1984, the NRC Region IV Regional Administrator requested an investigation regarding an instance of alleged intimidation of a Louisiana Power & Light Company employee at Waterford 3. The LP&L employee notified the NRC (Waterford 3 Resident Inspector that he was intimidated by Jduring a meeting, explaining that he (alleger) was not actually present at the n(eeting. The employee ptated that according to an individual who was present at the meeting, the allegedly said that the alleger should be fired for identifyihg problems which wefe written up on Condition Identification Work Authorizations. The alleger identified one individual who was present at the meeting when these statements were allegedly made. No further infomation is currently available. ECD: Unknown This investigation is in progress. DATE: October 31, 1984 I anticipate completion of investigation during the December 1984/ January 1985 time frame.
