RESPIRATORY PROTECTION PROGRAM (TAC No. L31204)

Dear Mr. Vaughan:

In accordance with your application dated August 6,1999, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Special Nuclear Material License SNM-1097 is hereby amended to incorporate the changes to your respiratory protection program. Safety Condition S-1 is modified to include the date of August 6,1999.

All other conditions of this license remain the same.
