The subject contract. expired on August 15, 1984 and we are initiating-closecut action. However, pending completion.of all required closecut requirements, it is necessary to deobligate any excess funds remaining under this contract for ~other immediate agency requirements. You are therefore requested to review the enclosed modification deobligating an.
