Dear Ms. Riley:
We have noticed that, during the past two months or so, you have started sending us Xerox copies of the closed Commission meeting tran-scripts. The Contract (Article VIII, p. 39) states:
The contractor shall, under no circumstances, retain any portion of a transcript, including shorthand or longhand notes, stenotype tapes, cassette tapes, memoranda, and i
material of every description relating thereto, and copies l
thereof, taken during an in camera session at any regulatory hearing or other proceeding or at any other closed hearing or l
meeting which contains information exempt from public dis-closure pursuant to the Commission's regulations....
As you are returning to us cassette tapes, steno notes, longhand j
notes, etc., after a closed meeting, we do not understand why we do not receive the original transcript.
Please furnish us with the originals for all future transcripts, plus all originals that you have in your files.
Sincerely, Patricia A. Sullivan, Project Officer Administrative & Logistical Support Services Branch
