Methdd of Payment By letter dated August 25,1983 (copy enclosed) NRC provided notification -
of its intent to revise the method of payment under its contracts to

accommodate payments by wire transfer through the Treasury Financial connunications System (TFCS) and requested that each contractor complete '
and return the fom supplied, entitled " Payment Information Fors; Treasury i Financial Connunications System." As some responses received to date have been inaccurate and/or incomplete, we are again requesting all our contractors to complete and return the enclosed fom whether or not a response was previously submitted to NRC. To assure the accuracy of the information and preclude any delays in processing your vouchers for payment, i the fom must be typed and the appropriate financial institution must verify the infomation being submitted by signing in the appmpriate space on the fom. All NRC contractors must respond to this request by furnishing 1 the required form to NRC by January 12, 1984. Please be advised that failure to submit the required fom or provide complete and accurate data by the above date may result in subsequent vouchers for payment being suspended pending receipt of the required information.
Also enclosed for your files is one (1) fully executed copy of the subject 1 contract modification which incorporates provisions for contract paywents by I wire transfer through TFCS.
