Dear Ms. Riley:

The purpose of this letter is to let you know of several ,

problems in recent transcripts furnished under contract '

with Tayloe Associates.

1. Both titles of the two transcripts of the April 15 --

meeting on " Discussion of Steps to Decision in TMI-l -

Restart Proceeding" (Open Portion / Closed Portion) were incorrectly stated. The schedule is posted each week on the Reporter's Desk so that the title on the transcript will be correctly put on the cover.

2. The transcript of " Discussion /Possible Vote on Restart of Salem Units 1 and 2" held on April 14 was not received until 4:10 p.m., April 15. We were not notified that the transcript would be late. We had received a recuest for the transcript from a Commissioner. Please notify us on any instance when j a transcript will be late. l
3. Several times recently public meeting transcripts have I been returned to us without the standard form disclaimer. j l Please be sure that the disclaimer is included in each )

public meeting transcript (copy of disclaimer enclosed).

' I do not consider any of the above items to be a major problem.

In order to keep minor problems from becoming major ones, I l will use this format from time to time, to keep you advised.
