The following problems have been brought to the attention of Mr. Charles Fitti and Mrs. Elva Leins and they have suggested that I notify you.

Enclosed is the transcript of a telephone conference call held on April 7, 1983 in the Texas Utilities Generating Company (Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 and 2) proceeding.

Numerous mistakes have been cited by the parties involved.

We noted over 63 errors in 132 pages of transcript, many with more than two errors on a page.

Therefore, we are rejecting this transcript.

As you will note, paper clips have been placed on the pages with errors, and corrections, those that could be noted, have been penciled in.

The pages that are fastened together indicate that the lines used as margins have been omitted.
