Contract NRC 17-83-399, Indian Point Transcript of March 22, 1983
Dear Ms. Leins:
As we discussed during our meeting on May 12, I am enclosing a new copy of the Indian Point transcript for March 22, 1983.
l Our office copy did not have the printing omissions contained in the NRC's ccpy of the transcript.
I conclude that the difference between the two transcripts resulted from our subcontractor, DeSimone Computer Reporting Company, running the reported material through the Baron Computer printer twice to obtain the number of copies needed for delivery.
The printer'apparently malfunctioned on one run, leaving blanks in the transcript.
Tayloe Associates received a perfect copy.
Unfortunately, your copy came from the imperfect batch.
I appreciate your calling this to my attention, and I apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused in this matter.
Sincerely, m
Ann Riley cc:
