Dear Ms. Riley:

NRC recently requested (Work Order No. TA-417) that a reporter qualified to administer the oath be assigned for depositions scheduled for November 17 and 18,1983. The reporter furnished by Tayloe was not qualifted to perform this service. j While we are aware that there is no specific requirement under the contract ,

that Tayloe provide a reporter qualified to swear the witness, we request that you notify the appropriate Prtd.ect Officer immediately if you are unable to provide a reporter with this authority when it is specifically requested in the work order. This will allow time for oder arrangements to be made.
