Costs billed in your May 5,1983 invoices are being disallowed in the l

amount of $1,155.40. An explanation of the disallowances follows:

Invoice 0072 - The transcript was rejected on 4/15/83. Page price rate has been adjusted to the 5-day rate $4.90 (-$75.24).

Total amount paid, $877.80.

Invoice 0073 - The services billed on this invoice were previously billed, and paid, on Invoice No. 0064, April 15,1983.

l Total billed, $1,071.00 is disallowed.

Invoice 0087 - Pursuant to our agreement on May 13, 1983, the non-0090 pregular page price on these invoices has been adjusted 0099 to $6.73. A modification to the contract is being 0119 prepared to reflect this a reement. Total disallowance on these four invoices is 70.06.

In addition, your Invoice No. 0096 bills for only one set of inserts when NRC ordered and received four sets. The insert page amount has been changed to read $81.20 in lieu of $20.30. The total amount paid on this invoice is $1,695.65.
