Inservice Inspection Program, Revision 9 As required by 10CFR50.55a(g)(5)(i) and (iii), we are submitting herewith information supplementing Reference e). Revision of this second 120-month inspection interval program is necessary due to extensive facility modifi-cations and NRC approval of Amendment #99 to the Vermont Yankee Technical Specifications. Further identification and description of specific changes are provided in the preface to the subject document. This revised program has been developed in accordance with Reference b) to meet the requirements of Reference c) and, where appicable, Reference d). Changes to the program will be-submitted j for NRC approval prior to implementation only in the event that such changes constitute further exemptions under 10CFR50.55a(g)(5)(iii).

In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR170.12, an application fee of

$150 is enclosed.
