SUBJECT: REPORT N05. 50-369/87-14 AND 50-370/87-14 Thank you for your response of July 2,1987, to our Notices of Violation and Deviation issued on June 3, 1987, concerning activities conducted at your McGuire facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201. Regarding your comment in your admission to the violation, we agree that Technical Specifications 5.7.1 and 6.10.2 were not violated. Our . records will be changed to reflect that these. Technical Specifications do not form part of the basis of the violation. We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspection We appreciate your cooperation in this matte
