SUBJECT: REPORT NOS. 50-369/87-42 AND 50-370/87-42 Thank you for your response of February 15, 1988, to our Notice of Violation issued on January 15, 1988, concerning activities conducted at your McGuire facility. We have evaluated your response and found that it meets the require-ments of 10 CFR 2.201.
We will examine the implementation of your corrective actions during future inspections.
As you noted in your letter, the regulations addressed in our Notice of
Violation should have been 10 CFR 50.73(a)(1) and (d) and 10 CFR 50.73 (a)(2)
(1)(b). The reference to 10 CFR 50.73 (a)(e)(c) was -in error.
