ment Agency, has asked me to respond to your. letter of March 20, 1987, i inviting this Agency to participate in a forum at the Phillips Exeter Academy on April 16, 1987.
The personnel from this Agency who are involved in the ' review of the emergency plans for the area around the Seabrook Nuclear Power Plant have other committments on April 16 and will not be able to participate in this forum.
