Operating Licenst No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Technical Specificaticn Change Request (TSCR) No. 214 Once Through Steam Generator (OTSG) Primary-to-Secondary Leak Rate Limit J

in accordance with 10 CFR 50.4(b)(1), TSCR No. 214 is forwarded for your approval.

The purpose of this TSCR is to request a change to license condition 2(c)(8)(2). The c.9nge increases the allowable primary-to-secondary leakage rate from.0.1 to 0.c gpm above the baseline leak rate when the increased leakage is judged to be caused-by leaking plugs or joints. Under all other conditions, the current 0.1 gpm limit would remain in effect.

  • Also enclosed is one (1) signed copy of the Certif)cate of Service for this request to the Chief Executives of the Township and County in which the facility is located, es well as the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Bureac of Radiation Protection.
