Millstone Nuclear Power Station Ecological Monitoring Prouram Paragraph 7 of NPDES Pennit No. CT0003263, Reference 1, requires that on or before July 31, 1994, and annually thereaner, No,*.heast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) submit to the Commissioner of the Depanment of Environmental Protection (DEP) a study covering current and proposed biological studies, entrainment studies, and impingement monitoring at Millstone Nuclear Power Station (MNPS) as directed by Paragraph 5 of the NPDES permit. NNECO hereby submits in Enclosure 1 the ecological studies proposed for 1998 at MNPS, No changes are proposed for any of the present sampling programs during 1998.

I hillistone Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 3 hiodification oflinvironmental Imnact hionitoring Studies Paragraph 0 of the Council's Decision and Order in Docket No. 4, dated hiarch 22,1976, requires that Nonheast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) inform the Council of all modifications in its environmental impact monitoring studies at the hillistone Nuclear Power Station (h1NPS) and the results therefrom.
