Operator Licensing Examination On January 6, 1986, the.NRC administered an examination to a candidate to operate your Oregon State University TRIGA Reactor facility.

As a result of this examination the candidate was found to meet the minimum qualification requirements for licensing.

At the conclusion of the examination on January 6, 1986, the examination process and preliminary' findings were discussed with members of your staff as detailed in the enclosed report. ,
