NRC Examinations at Oregon State University. TRIGA Reactor On June 21-22, 1988, the NRC administered a Senior Reactor Operator examination to one of the members of your facility who had applied for a Senior Reactor Operator license to operate your TRIGA reactor facility.
At the conclusion of the examination on June 22, 1988, the examination process and schedule was discussed with members of your staff as described in the enclosed report.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and enclosures (1) and (2) will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
Enclosure (3) is Personal Privacy Information and will be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 9.5(a)(6).
