NRC Examination at Oregon State University TRIGA Reactor On November 12-13, 1986, the NRC administered an examination to a student of the University who had applied for a license to operate your TRIGA~

reactor facility.

As a result of this examination, the Reactor Operator candidate was found to meet the minimum qualification requirements for licensing.

At the conclusion of the examination on November 13, 1986, the examination process and exam key was discussed with members of the facility staff as detailed in the enclosed report.

In accordance with 10~ CFR 2.790(a), a copy' of this letter and enclosures (1) and (2) will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room. Enclosure (3) is
