EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN FOR OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY The staff of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission'(NRC) has completed its review and evaluation of changes to the Emergency Response Plan for the Oregon State University Radiation Center and TRIGA Reactor that you submitted on July 17, 1989 in compliance with 10 CFR 50.54(q).

The changes were reviewed against 10 CFR 50.54(q).-

Based on its review, the staff concludes that the changes to the Emergency Response Plan for the Oregon State University Radiation Center maintains compliance with 10 CFR 50, Appendix E.

We hata determined that the changes do not decrease the effectiveness of your approved plan, and are, therefore, acceptable.
