SUBJECT:
ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT N0. 10 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NO. R-106 - OREGON STATE UNIVERSITY The Comission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.10 to Facility Operating License No. R-106 for the Oregon State University TRIGA Research Reactor.
The amendment consi;ts of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your submittal dated June 14, 1989.
The amendment changes the wording of two repo? table events to make them consistent with the American National Standard ANSI /ANS-15.1, "The Development of Technical Specifications for Research Reactors." Also, the addresses of NRC offices to which reports should be sent has been updated.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation supporting Amendment No.10 is enclosed.
