3 At 0330 on January 9,1992, a fourteen day Limitin6 Condition for Operation (LCO) was initiated due to inoperable fire detectors in Zone 14 located in the Unit 1 Reactor Building, 117' elevation. Appropriately stationed fire watches were established at that time. The LC0 was exceeded on January 23,1992, at 0330, due to scheduling constraints and a lack of replacement fire detectors.

After the replaceaient detectors were obtained, Lt.ey were installed on February 7,1992. The detectors would not test during post-installation testing.

Further repairs were completed, the detectors were restored to operable status, and the LCO was cancelled on February 21, 1992, at 1800.

Appropriately stationed fire watches remained in effect until the LCO was cancelled.

On January 19,1992, at 1100, a fourteen day LCO was initiated due to inoperable fire detectors in Zone 10 in the Unit 1 Reactor Building 80' West. Appropriately stationed fire watches were estabu shed at that time. This LCO was exceeded on February 2, 1992, at 1100 hours0.0127 days <br />0.306 hours <br />0.00182 weeks <br />4.1855e-4 months <br />, also due to scheduling constraints and a lack 5 of replacement fire detectors. After replacement detectors were obtained and installed, the LCO was cancelled on February 11, 1992, at 1700.
