Waterford SES Unit No. 3 Docket No. 50-382 Significant Construction Deficiency No. 42-R1 "HMA Auxiliary Relays" The above referenced letter indicated submittal of a Final Peport to the USNRC on September 23, 1983.

At the present time, the review and verification of the supporting documentation is scheduled to be completed by October 6, 1983. A Final Report will therefore be submitted to the USNRC by October 20, 1983.
