Committee on August 20, 1991, identified the then current status cf the +

EUA Power Corporation (EUA) bankrupt cy proceedings. Specifically, EUA's  :

Form 10.Q filing to the Securities and 1xchange Commission (SEC) indicated l that they had advised the Bankruptcy Court that it would not be able to meet its monthly payment obligations 7 the Seabrook Project beginning -

September 1, 1991, and that, it has no.. determined what part, if an), of its August payment would be made. -
