As you know, Bob has been North Atlantic's representative for several years. Through most of that time he served in various capacities at North Atlantic.

In recent years, however, he has had new assignments within Northeast Utilities, and has not been a member of the North Atlantic staff. North Atlantic believes that it is appropriate to have a current member of its staff as its representative. In designating George, it has selected someone with a w.4de range of executive experience in both construction and operation.

George and Bob will be working together to ensure an orderly transition.
