MINUTES COMMISSION MEETING June 2, 1992 The Commission Meeting began at 9:05 A.M.

on Tuesday, June 2, 1992.

Chairman Douglas L.

Patch, commissioner Bruce B.

Ellsworth and Commissioner Linda G.

Bisson were present.

Also present were the Department Heads.

The following matters were discussed.

1.

Adontion of Minu(qa A motion was made by Commissioner BIsson, seconded by Commissioner Ellsworth and unanimously approved to adopt the minutes of the May 25, 1992 Commission Meeting.

2.

DR 91-105r New England Telep_ hone Company A motion was made by Commissioner Ellsworth, seconded by Cormissioner Bisson and unanimously approved to ratify Executive Director Wynn Arnold's letter to the parties of June 1, 1992 granting New England Telephone Company's Motion to Postpone Hearings in this docket.

Parties will be notified of the new hearing dayc.

A motion was made by Commissioner Bisson, seconded by Commissioner Ellsworth and unanimously approved to ratify Order No. 20,495, which noted PSNH's request for a hearing on Commission Order Hisi No. 20,475 and directed that said Order Nis_i-will not take effect unless and until the Commission provides otherwise in a f

supplemental order.

B.

A motion was made by Commissioner Ellsworth, seconded by Commissioner Bisson and unanimously approved to adopt the report and order modifying Commission order Eisi No. 20,475 regarding nuclear decommis'sioning increases.

The order establishes a hearing date of June 29, 1992 at 11:00 A.M.

to determine the relationship between increases in decommissioning charges ordered by the Nuclear Decommissioning Financing Committee and the PSNH Rate Agreement, as well as the orders issued in Docket No. DR 89-244.
