CHALLFNGES TO SAFETY AND POWER OPERATED RELIEF VALVES As per item 6.9.1.5.b of Technical Specification Appendix A, Duquesne Light is required to report challenges to the Pressurizer Safety and Power Operated Relief Valves (PORVs). During 1983, there were no challenges to either the Pressurizer Safeties or the PORVs.
